One of our favorite new spots is the Honor Bar. Chef Alan Davis and his wife Jodi have created an inviting space with a simple yet delicious menu of artisan style foods. Its located in Evergreen park on Sinclair Inlet. Outside, large cauldrons of fire, market umbrellas and strings of lights warm the patio which has seating year round. The building has two levels, upstairs has the bar, where Claire , one of Bremerton’s most popular bartenders, will whip you up a delicious cocktail. Downstairs has additional seating , I recently attended a coloring and cocktails night there. One of my personal favorites they create is their paella dinner, its served family style, there is limited seating, but well worth the advance purchase. Follow them on Facebook for updates for their special events.

Love your first entry and congrats on starting this blog! You are the perfect person for for it, being so active and “plugged in” to this community, and so passionate about it. We too love Bremerton, and thank you again for being Realtor Extraordinaire in helping us relocate here from Colorado, and helping us on our journey to find a house here. We love our house, and our new community. I’m so glad the fates guided me to you.

Nice job Carol Sue. Wes & I need to get down there for some Paella and more. So glad they’ve revived the place–it’s got character and is in a wonderful location.

It’s nice to have a cool bar in that area. The last time I was there was to attend a wedding held in the back. It was quaint and beautiful.
